About the clock & calendar
The clock uses the same Punjabi wording as our app and watch face, including ਸਵਾ, ਸਾਢੇ, ਪੌਣੇ, ਡੇਢ ਵੱਜੇ and ਢਾਈ ਵੱਜੇ. It updates automatically each minute using your device’s time and time zone.
The date follows the fixed solar Nanakshahi calendar adopted in 2003, calculated for your local day using Sarabveer Singh’s nanakshahi library. Calendar traditions can differ; this is the 2003 convention. Month spellings match our app.
